Order Processing

Once you’ve placed your order, our team of dedicated ghouls gets to work! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped from our crypt.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95
    Delivered via DHL or FedEx
    10-15 business days after processing
  • Free Shipping – On orders over $50
    Delivered via EMS
    15-25 business days after processing

🌍 Shipping Areas: We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact our crypt keepers before ordering.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

While we hope every item brings you ghoulish delight, we understand that sometimes a purchase might not be the perfect fit for your collection. Our returns process is designed with the same eerie efficiency we apply to everything we do.

Return Policy Basics

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Unused, with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some of our more… peculiar items cannot be returned once they’ve left our crypt for obvious reasons:

  • Body Part Décor & Insect & Rodent Décor (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bloody Chop Shop Décor (the “effects” are too permanent)
  • Any Collectibles that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Please note: Due to the nature of our Chains & Shackles and other specialty items, these may have additional restrictions. Contact us if unsure!

👻 The Return Process: A Step-by-Step Séance

  1. Contact Our Crypt Keepers: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Await Our Response: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2-3 business days. Do not send anything back without this number!
  3. Package Your Items Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and seal the box securely. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  4. Ship to Our Haunted Mansion: Send your package to:

    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Await Our Inspection: Once we receive your return, our quality ghouls will inspect it (usually within 3-5 business days).
  6. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: We’ll notify you once your return is approved and process your refund or ship your exchange.

💰 Refunds: Where Does Your Gold Go?

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The timing depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping but return part of your order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

🎭 Exchanges: Trading One Fear for Another

Need a different size of that Bob’s Burgers costume? Prefer a different Dungeons and Dragons item? We happily accept exchanges for items of equal value. The process is the same as returns—just indicate you want an exchange in your initial email.

If the item you want costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Kingdom Hearts merchandise arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong Ghost Décor, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you, and cover return shipping if needed.
