By accessing, browsing, or making purchases from our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

2. Our Ghoulish Goods & Services

Product Descriptions

We specialize in unique, hauntingly perfect items including:

• Costumes (Avatar: The Last Airbender, Bob’s Burgers, etc.)
• Collectibles (Disney Junior, Fortnite, Halo, etc.)
• Décor (Gothic Noir, Ghost, Body Part, Insect & Rodent, etc.)
• And other peculiar treasures!

We strive to accurately describe all items, but slight variations may occur. Colors may appear differently on various screens.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase that we may accept or decline. Order confirmation doesn’t constitute acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely. We never store your complete payment information on our servers.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though orders already placed will be honored at the price quoted at time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Our dedicated ghouls process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships from our crypt.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
• Free Shipping – On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)

Shipping Areas

We ship globally with exceptions for some Asian countries and remote locations. Contact our crypt keepers before ordering if unsure about delivery to your area.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible:

• Item must be in the same condition you received it
• Original packaging must be intact
• Item must be unused with all tags attached
• Original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany return

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Body Part Décor & Insect & Rodent Décor (hygiene reasons)
• Bloody Chop Shop Décor (permanent “effects”)
• Collectibles removed from original packaging
• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

The Return Process

1. Contact our Crypt Keepers at [email protected] within 15 days
2. Include your order number and return details
3. Await Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Package items securely in original packaging
5. Ship to: Spirit Halloween Boutique Returns, 1289 Metz Lane, Boston, US 02110
6. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping but return part of your order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

6. User Responsibilities

If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account information and password, and for restricting access to your computer.
